What we offer

Each school in NSW offers something slightly different depending on the community. Here's what we offer for you.

Technology

Our computer resources are networked throughout the school and afford students many opportunities to practise the skills they are developing in class.

Students are able to access computers in the computer lab and in the library.   Students also have access to classroom laptops; Years 5 & 6 have 1 to 1, Years 1-4 have 1 to 2 and kindergarten students have classroom ipad sets.  Every classroom has a SmartBoard (an interactive white board).

Students in Years 3 and 4 are also able to participate in the Robotics program in the computer lab.

Canteen

All canteens in NSW public schools must meet certain requirements. These include providing more healthy food and drink options – to make the healthy choice an easy choice for students. Visit Healthy school canteens to learn more.

The canteen is operated by the Roseville P&C Association, who use any profit for the benefit of the children at the school. The canteen is open for lunch orders only on Tuesday and Wednesday (no window service). On Thursday and Friday the canteen is open for lunch orders, and window service is also available at recess and lunch for smaller items.

Lunch Orders

  • Lunch orders can be placed through our Flexischools on-line ordering system
  • Orders must be placed prior to 8:30am on the day of delivery
  • Additional information about how to register and top-up your account can be found on the P&C website at www.rpspandc.org.au

Food at school

Please consider the safety of others and remember that Roseville is a nut free zone.

A healthy lunch helps children to work and play enthusiastically and actively.

Uniforms

When students wear a school uniform, they feel included in our school community.

Students, teachers, parents and carers, as well as members of our local community helped develop our school uniform to make sure it:

  • meets the requirements of occupational health and safety, anti-discrimination and equal opportunity legislation

  • includes items that are affordable, comfortable and made from easy-care and easy-wear fabrics

  • is appropriate for the full range of school activities

  • is suitable for all body shapes.

Hiring our facilities

You may apply to use our school’s facilities for appropriate purposes provided your hiring of the facility doesn't interfere with our teaching and learning programs.

We assess each application on a case-by-case basis. Find out more at Using school facilities.

If you’re interested in hiring our facilities, contact us for details.

Change of Address

The school should be notified, in writing, of any change in address and/or telephone numbers as soon as possible. Current address and telephone numbers are essential, especially in case of emergency.

If you have changed your address please advise the school office in writing via email.
